What’s happening?
Following the success of the previous three editions, we have decided to organize the Tell a Story conference again in 2025, bringing together the community of amateur and professional photographers and videographers from Romania.
We want to spend three days together, where we can meet offline, socialize, and learn new things from some of the most respected photographers, videographers, and specialists from both Romania and abroad.
It will be a relaxed atmosphere where we can exchange ideas and experiences, but we will also have the opportunity to test photography equipment from our partners.

More relaxed schedule
Based on the feedback we received from you, we decided to hold the conference over 3 days to allow enough time for attending presentations, workshops, and networking.
Additionally, we have extended the breaks. Between each two presentations, there will be breaks of 30 minutes, 45 minutes, and 60 minutes to give you enough time for relaxation and networking.
On the first day, check-in will take place from 8:30 to 10:00. At 10:00, Julius Paul will deliver the official opening, and the first speaker presentation will start at 10:30. Presentations will end on the last day at 17:00, followed by the gala and party.
Two Stages
We know that each participant wants to absorb as much information as possible from all the aspects of the conference, which is why we’ve designed 2 stages for different purposes. The schedules for the stages do NOT overlap, so you will be able to attend all the activities.
MAIN STAGE – there will be speaker presentations as before, each lasting 45 minutes.
Q&A STAGE – after each presentation, during the breaks, each speaker will go to this stage, and anyone who wishes to ask questions can do so here, in an organized setting.
Two lunch breaks
As in the 2024 edition, we will have two meal breaks because the conference schedule is quite long, and it's important to be able to focus on the presentations.
Thus, around noon, soup will be served, and in the afternoon, the main course. As usual, we will have a meat menu and a vegetarian one.
Also, throughout the day, we will have unlimited soft drinks and coffee, along with small snacks and a candy bar.
Accommodation
For those coming from other parts of the country or abroad, you should know that accommodation is available within Wonderland Resort. We chose this location so that you don't have to travel through the busy city every day.
Additionally, all speakers from outside Cluj will be accommodated at Wonderland Resort.
Those attending the conference will receive a 10% DISCOUNT on accommodation.

Contest and Raffle
As at the 2024 conference, we will have a raffle with prizes from our partners, but because we want to reward the activity of the most talented photographers and videographers, we will organize a contest before the conference with substantial prizes.
În perioada 1 februarie 2025 – 9 martie 2025 se va face înscrierea la concurs, urmând ca jurizarea să fie făcută de fotografi și videografi de renume. Anunțarea câștigătorilor și decernarea premiilor se va face la conferință în a treia zi (3 aprilie 2025).
There will be multiple contest categories, and the best images and videos will be awarded 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place, with vouchers worth 500 RON, 350 RON, and 200 RON for purchases from our partners.
